How we work

Local practice, Chinese communication

Lawyers in each country work alongside our Chinese-speaking team, and we deliver advice in both Chinese and the local language.

One team across countries

A single team coordinates multi-country projects, so clients don’t have to manage separate firms in each jurisdiction.

China-side coordination

Through our strategic partnership with Yingke Law Firm in Beijing, we coordinate outbound-investment filings in China with approvals in Latin America.

The full life cycle

From market entry and company formation to ongoing compliance and disputes.
